Functional furniture design for a modern corporate environment
In 2020, we were invited by an architecture studio to design and produce the furniture for Rappi’s new offices in Polanco, CDMX — an ambitious project that marked a turning point in our corporate design specialization.
**The challenge**
The client needed to equip a large, flexible space for over 100 people, aligned with new collaborative and adaptable work formats. The project required:
- Team work areas with integrated storage and power • Lockers, workstations, and hot desks
- Coffee stations and meeting rooms
- A modern and functional kitchen
- Private areas for quick meetings or focused work
- Everything had to be modern, sober, functional, and replicable — on a tight schedule
**The solution**
- Close collaboration with the client to define materials, style, and functionality
- Contemporary yet neutral design using durable materials
- Engineering development, prototyping, full production and installation in record time
- The final space offered multiple work modes: collaboration zones, quiet spaces, private stations, and flexible areas — all reflecting a modern workplace
