Inclusive, wellbeing-based corporate design for a tech company
In 2024, we were approached by the CEO of Memorandum Multimedia, a tech firm in Zaragoza, to completely redesign their offices after moving into a larger space. The goal: transform a basic, outdated office into a modern, functional environment aligned with the company’s current culture.
**The challenge**
They wanted not only a visual upgrade, but a workspace that supported wellbeing, focus, connection, and acoustic comfort — crucial in creative and tech environments.
**The solution**
We started with team surveys to understand their real needs. Based on this, we developed a complete proposal: • Zoning by function: work, focus, collaboration, relaxation
- Efficient circulation
- Ergonomic furniture, phone booths, cubicles, and shared meeting rooms
- Cafeteria, training areas, and informal meeting spots
- Integrated biophilia and brand-aligned color palette
- Inclusive, adaptable, and user-experience-centered design
The result was a space that balanced functionality, wellbeing, and company culture — designed for everyday team life.
**Results**
- Inclusive design that respects the work environment
- Spaces for connection, focus, and relaxation
- Greater team satisfaction and involvement
- International recognition: finalist in an office design competition
This project marked our international growth and reaffirmed our approach: office design is not just about looks. It’s strategic, human, and transformative.
