Strategic redesign focused on wellbeing, branding, and functionality
In 2023, we partnered with KIDS 2, a well-known international brand of children’s products, to renovate their offices in Santa Fe, Mexico City. The goal: optimize space usage, update the brand image, and create an environment aligned with the company’s values.
**The challenge**
The offices needed a full transformation. The client sought to:
- Increase workstations
- Improve product display
- Align the space with new brand identity
- Maximize natural light and improve workplace quality
The project also had to be coordinated with the leadership team in Atlanta, adding logistical and communication complexity.
**The solution**
We proposed a layout based on work “ecosystems” and product categories, with clear, intuitive circulation.
We integrated:
- Acoustic isolation for focus areas
- Biophilia and natural light for a better work atmosphere
- A fresh color palette and updated graphics aligned with the brand
- A more prominent main entrance with reinforced identity
- Every design decision was guided by wellbeing, efficiency, and visitor experience
**Results**
- Brighter, more spacious, comfortable work areas
- Better team collaboration
- Enhanced product display for clients and visitors
- Greater employee satisfaction
- Successful international coordination — our first remote project
This project reinforced our belief: corporate design should be a tool for wellbeing, not just image.
